Time is of the essence when you are in pain or break a tooth so we offer prompt emergency care too. We are always a phone call away. Your time is important to us and we will make every effort to schedule your appointment in a timely fashion. We offer later appointments two days a week as well as earlier appointments two days a week. Emergencies are always seen as soon as possible.

At Bridgeview Dental we try to carefully set up appointments to accommodate your schedule. If your needs change, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible. Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. Your time is reserved for you and cancellations with less notice may be charged a missed appointment fee.

If we are unavailable to take your call, please feel free to leave a detailed message letting us know how we may help you. Providing details such as the times and days you are available for an appointment will help us quickly serve your needs.

After we make an appointment for your first visit, we can either send you registration materials so that you can complete them prior to your visit. Or better yet, you can fill out the forms on your own by printing them off our website.

When your treatment is a bit more complex, we schedule a comprehensive exam to review the diagnosis and the recommended treatment phases. Comprehensive exams consultations are often covered by dental insurance. We also encourage you to visit the links on this site to learn more about various treatments and the equipment we use.

Prior to completing treatment, we can provide you with a written treatment plan to outline the treatment, the amount of time for each appointment and the costs of each phase. Should we notice something in your dental health that requires a consultation, we may schedule more time to talk with you about your options. If you are interested, we review a variety of financing options and Mastercard/Visa.

In order to make payment for your dental services as convenient as possible and maintain the highest standard of comprehensive care, we expect all payments and co-payments at the time of service. We will provide you an estimate of your total fee's at the time of your appointment and will update them as needed. We accept cash, check, Master Card or Visa.

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer the Care Credit card, the nation's leading patient payment plan. This is a monthly payment plan we offer as a separate dental line of credit to cover you and your family members' dental care needs. Approval only takes a few minutes. There are interest free options as well as low interest extended payment plans as low as 3% of the outstanding balance. There are no annual fees or pre-payment penalties. If Care Credit is your option, you can begin treatment immediately and spread payments out over time.
