Dr. Belter completed her Bachelor's degree in Biology at Marquette University and recieved her DDS from the School of Dentistry at Creighton University in 1999. She then completed a residency at The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. She practiced in West Bend before coming to Oshkosh in 2003.

Dr. Belter is a member of the Winnebago County Dental Society, Wisconsin Dental Association (WDA) and the American Dental Association (ADA). She is also a proud member of the Rotary Club.

"Oshkosh is home for me and my family. My husband and I are proud parents of two children and two Labradors. We enjoy spending time together outdoors and have a large extended family. In my spare time, you might find me shopping for a bargain, playing with my children or spending time near the water. I love my team at Bridgeview Dental and it is my honor to be your dentist.
